Layer 1 Blockchain built in Rust - Private Round
NovaMoney is a high-performance Layer 1 blockchain designed to solve the scalability, security, and decentralization trilemma. Unlike current solutions that sacrifice compatibility for speed, NovaMoney offers native Rust execution with full support for the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
The core of NovaMoney is developed entirely in Rust, the leading language for memory safety and computational performance. This allows us to achieve minimal latencies impossible in languages like Go or pure Solidity.
| Metric | NovaMoney | Ethereum 2.0 |
|---|---|---|
| Finality Time | 4 Seconds | 12 - 15 Minutes |
| Average Fee | $0.001 USD | $1.00 - $50.00 USD |
| Transactions per Second (TPS) | 10,000+ | ~15 - 30 |
The $NVM token is the network's fuel, used for fee payments, validator staking, and decentralized governance.
| Max Supply | 210,000,000 NVM |
| Genesis Supply | 10,000,000 NVM (4.76%) |
| Block Reward | 0.5 NVM |
| Total Emission Time | 50.7 Years |
Our roadmap is designed to ensure a stable network and progressive adoption.
Private Round Price: $0.07 USD
Listing Price (Jan 2027): $0.10 USD

How is network security guaranteed?
NovaMoney uses Rust to prevent common memory vulnerabilities. Additionally, the code will undergo an external audit before the Mainnet launch in Q3 2026.
Is there a lock-up period (vesting) for investors?
To protect the token price at listing, private round tokens have a progressive release schedule: 20% at listing and 80% distributed linearly over the following 6 months.
What do I need to be a validator?
The minimum requirement is to hold 32 $NVM tokens in staking. Validators receive 0.5 reward per block, generating a constant passive income in the native currency.
Why is it compatible with Ethereum if it uses Rust?
We have implemented an abstraction layer that allows the EVM bytecode to run within our Rust engine. This means Ethereum developers can migrate to NovaMoney in minutes.
On which exchanges will the token be listed?
The initial listing will be on a DEX (Decentralized Exchange) to ensure immediate liquidity on January 3, 2027. Subsequently, we will initiate management with centralized exchanges (CEX).
"NovaMoney is not just code; it is a bridge to real financial freedom. We have built this to be accessible, fast, and above all, transparent. By participating today, you are not just buying a token, you are securing a place in the infrastructure of the financial future."
